Come join us at our 26th Annual Best Friend Festival! Events are held daily some starting as early as 7:00 a.m. -11:00 p.m. Fun for the whole family. Kid's can enjoy painting a trash can, tie-dying a t-shirt, entering a karaoke contest, riding the kiddie train, playing in the large sandbox, and having fun at "A Kid's Place". Senior Citizen's come out and enjoy a free lunch, bingo, a Spring Variety show, cakewalks, face-painting, music, and more. This year's festival also features gospel singing, a picnic in the park, Legends of the Opry, a teen dance, a car show, kid's fishing day, basketball, 5K run, flea market vendors, and much more.

FREE ADMISSION! The annual Virginia Mountain Music Festival is a free gift to the community held on the Southwest Virginia Community College Campus for two evenings. Performers include nationally recognized talent as well as regional and local favorites. Concessions and Appalachian Crafts vendors are available.
