The annual Cedar Bluff Heritage Festival has an exciting line-up of musical performances that will entertain festival goers from three stages, and many artists, craftsmen, antique dealers and food vendors will fill the historic downtown area. Cedar Bluff will begin the celebration on Friday evening before the festival with music, food, and more, all located at the Cedar Bluff Fire Station on Cedar Valley Drive.
The 2015 festival will again highlight the rich heritage of Cedar Bluff. Always the third Saturday in September, the Cedar Bluff Heritage Festival attracts thousands of visitors and 200 vendors each year. Vendors are encouraged to pre-register to obtain exhibit space. This annual event has been held since 1987. Come and celebrate our agricultural heritage and high quality products such as homemade food , home-grown produce, handmade crafts and hands-on farm demonstrations in the beautiful valley of Burke's Garden. This festival will appeal to anyone who appreciates farm living and all it has to offer. There will be a variety of Vendors set up selling their products.

Peeled Chestnut Mountain Pumpkin Festival is being held at Laurel Meadows Park. The festival is sponsored by American Legion Post 14 and Pocahontas Lions Club. Come out and enjoy all the activities lined up for this one day event. There will be Hot Dogs, Fried Bologna Sandwiches, Biscuits and Gravy, A Cruz-In Car Show, Face Painting, Apple Butter, Homemade Candy, Bluegrass Music and much more.
