Join us for our annual Festival of Trees. Eighty trees will be decked out for the season as will doorways, banisters and mantles. Area businesses, schools, churches, civic groups and individuals pitch in by creating variously themed decorations. It's a great way to celebrate the holidays. Guided tours for groups are available.

Bring the community together for a day of Christmas celebrations and enjoying time with each other in a small town setting. Doesn't that sound absolutely perfect?! That's the main goal for Old Time Christmas. Located in Nickelsville, VA, Old Time Christmas is an event where a community decorates for the Christmas season and has an abundance of activities for
everyone to enjoy! Included in the festivities are: crafts, chair caning demonstrations, basket making, shuck doll making, bed turnings, storytelling, an old time store and - of course - Santa and Mrs. Clause! There are hay rides and a hot lunch is served at no charge, but a donation basket is provided. At the end of the day, visitors can attend Christmas programs at the various
downtown churches. The event is planned and sponsored by The Nickelsville Community Meals of Love, Inc.
