Family Fun Day Drone Show | Poplar Gap, Va

We’ve realized that many people have never seen a drone show before, so we wanted to share a little information about what you can expect!

A drone show is a coordinated aerial performance where hundreds of illuminated drones fly together in the night sky to create animations, images, symbols, patterns, and special effects. Think of it as a high-tech light show in the sky! The drones are computer programmed to move in perfect synchronization, creating incredible visual displays that can tell a story, celebrate special occasions, and showcase custom designs.

For our event, Firefly Drone Shows will be helping us celebrate the Town of Grundy’s 150th Anniversary and America’s 250th Anniversary with a spectacular drone show finale that you won’t want to miss!

This year’s Family Fun Day is shaping up to be our biggest yet! We have food, activities, carnival games, inflatables, vendors, community organizations, entertainment, and so much more planned throughout the day, all leading up to the drone show finale.
