Doug Branton

Doug Branton is Associate and Founding Professor of the Arts and Crafts Department at Southwest Virginia Community College where he has taught for 34 years. A dedicated teacher and craftsman, Doug creates functional and purely aesthetic works in both leather and clay. This studio is a trail site on the Clinch River Artisan Trail in Tazewell County and a member of ‘Round the Mountain Artisan Trail. Call ahead to arrange your visit to this studio.
