Honey Bea’s Café & Ice Cream Parlor
Honey Bea’s offers a family heritage-based atmosphere with historic surroundings, providing good quality soups, sandwiches, salads, ice cream, flavored drinks, milkshakes, hot fudge cake, banana splits, baked goods, etc. Take a trip back in time to a 70+ year old Bastian Blessing Soda Fountain, located in a 100 year old building in Honaker’s Historic District. Displayed on the walls are photos of Honaker’s history and people during its “boom”. This is definitely a place you will feel at home, and come back time and time again. Located in the “Redbud Capital of the World” along The Great 80 (Route 80 – TransAmerica Bike Route), and two miles from the Clinch River Boat Access, and in close proximity to Puckett’s Hole Bridge, Honey Bea’s welcomes tourists, bicyclists, genealogists, bikers and passers-by to come in and visit for a sweet treat and blast from the past. We are the official tourist stop on The Great 80. There is space availabe for groups and parties. Call ahead for reservations. We offer DAILY SPECIALS Monday through Saturday 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. We will have live music and storytelling from time to time.
