Pizza Hut – Lebanon
In the restaurant business, there’s no hiding. Food is served in front of the customer, not in a box. A customer is waited on, not just delivered to. Each guest is attended to, not just another number in the queue. At the end, the checkout isn’t just a transaction. It’s a thank you and an invitation to come and see us again soon. At least that’s how we view it. At every turn, we try to make it as personal as possible. We can’t help it. We are a restaurant at heart.
Principles. Our pizza restaurant was founded on them. Quality ingredients. Service with a smile. Relationships, of all kinds, matter. Also, and this is very important, make every pizza like it was for family. When we started, it probably was. Pizza Hut first opened in 1958 in Wichita, Kansas, when two brothers used $600 borrowed from their mom to open a pizza place. They named it Pizza Hut because the sign had just room for eight letters (so scientific). It, of course, grew. Because the pizza was awesome. The service felt like home. And the people treated the customer like family. Those same tenets apply today. It’s how a restaurant should do business. For us, it’s the same restaurant-quality food and service since 1958.
