PapPaw’s Cabin

Located atop Powell Mountain on the historic Daniel Boone Wilderness Trail, Papaw’s Cabin offers one of the most spectacular views in the area.  Low-lying fog welcomes your morning awakening and the cool nighttime air will entice you to sit a spell on the porch and enjoy the mountain scenery.

Built and named in honor of Leonard Bowen, this cabin is locally owned and features two bedrooms, a full kitchen, along with cable and high-speed internet. All bedding is furnished.
